We are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer to join our team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across client sites in Midsummer Place, Milton Keynes.

- Salary: up to £40,000 depending on experience plus overtime and callout

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a reliable and professional Building Services Engineer who takes pride in planned maintenance work and understands the importance of consistency, presentation, and client engagement. The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Proven experience working as a Building Services or Maintenance Engineer
- A solid understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, and associated plant
- Experience delivering planned preventative maintenance across commercial sites
- The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and plan workloads efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach
- A good understanding of health and safety and site compliance
- Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred)
- A full UK driving licence
