We are seeking an experienced Mobile Commercial Boiler Engineer to join our growing management team, delivering high‑quality servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial boiler and combustion systems across Sutton and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role suited to a proactive, technically competent engineer who can work independently, manage workload, and represent the business professionally across client sites. You will play a key role in maintaining Gas Safe compliance and ensuring all works meet current legislative and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial boiler and combustion servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple client sites
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with Gas Safe regulations and company standards
- Diagnose faults, undertake performance testing, and recommend remedial actions
- Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work
- Complete accurate job reports and certification documentation
- Liaise with Contracts Managers, the helpdesk, and administrative teams to ensure smooth job delivery
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Participate in the out‑of‑hours emergency call‑out rota when required
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and certification to required standards
About You
You will be an experienced commercial boiler engineer who is organised, safety‑conscious, and customer‑focused. You take pride in delivering high standards of workmanship and compliance while working autonomously across multiple sites.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of commercial boiler and combustion systems
- Proven experience working within Gas Safe compliance
- Good all‑round understanding of HVAC and building services environments
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety in a mobile engineering role
Qualifications Required
- CCN1 CEN1 (essential)
- CODNCO1 OFTEC qualification
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
