Package & Benefits

- Salary: up to £55000 depending on experience plus overtime and callout
- Hours: 41.25 hours a week

Responsibilities
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair works across various contracts.
- Provide boiler/combustion servicing and repair works, including low/high-pressure boilers, steam boilers, and hot water heating systems.
- Replace defective valves, filters, or steam gauges.
- Monitor boiler systems for safe operation and facilitate periodic cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain excellent relationships.
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth job progression and attend call-outs during normal hours and as part of the out-of-hours rota.

What We Are Looking For
Competencies & Knowledge
- Combustion systems and HVAC plant (A/C, boilers, controls, heating/cooling systems).
- Building services and Health & Safety awareness.
- Understanding of Legionella compliance.
Qualifications
- CCN1, CEN1 (E), CODNCO1, OFTEC qualification preferred for Engineers.
- Improvers should have a commercial tickets for at least 2-3 years.
Personal Qualities
- Valid driving licence.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
