We are expanding and now seeking a driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in growing our client base, securing profitable contracts, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • 41.25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and take ownership of revenue targets.
  • Generate and follow up leads, delivering compelling bids and proposals.
  • Build relationships with facilities managers, agents, and end users.
  • Negotiate and close deals at both operational and board level.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare asset schedules in partnership with the Estimating Team.
  • Prepare and present proposals and tender submissions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales/business development, ideally in maintenance, M&E, or facilities services.
  • Commercially astute with strong technical awareness.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
