We're looking for an experienced Van Mobile Engineer to join our growing team covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer who enjoys a varied role across multiple sites and wants to be part of a supportive, professional business.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive repairs across a range of commercial properties. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors and our internal support teams to ensure contracts are delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard.
What You'll Need
Strong knowledge of M&E building services
Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, controls, heating, cooling and ventilation systems
Understanding of Legionella and Health & Safety requirements
Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
Apprenticeship or time-served maintenance engineering background
Full UK driving licence
Good communication, organisation and time management skills
