We are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer to join our team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across client sites in Hampshire and the surrounding counties.

Package & Benefits:

  • Location: Hampshire and the surrounding Counties
  • Salary: up to ÂŁ44000 depending on experience plus overtime and callout
  • Hours: 41.25 hours a week
  • Company Benefits: Pension scheme, Company Events, Wellbeing Benefits – 24 hours turnaround GP appointment for the whole family, 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays), Company Van and fuel card

What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a reliable and professional Building Services Engineer who takes pride in planned maintenance work and understands the importance of consistency, presentation, and client engagement. The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Proven experience working as a Building Services or Maintenance Engineer
  • A solid understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, and associated plant
  • Experience delivering planned preventative maintenance across commercial sites
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and plan workloads efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach
  • A good understanding of health and safety and site compliance
  • Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence
