Acorn Education Trust is seeking an experienced Skilled Tradesperson / Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson to join its Central Estates Team, supporting the maintenance and improvement of our school sites across Wiltshire.
Working Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year).
Location: Trust-wide (across all 21 Acorn Education Trust school sites in Wiltshire).

Working in this senior, practical role, you will be a highly competent trades professional who can work autonomously, deliver high-quality maintenance solutions and support the Head of Estates in keeping Trust buildings safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
As Trust Maintenance Lead, you will deliver skilled maintenance and repair works across our sites, diagnosing and resolving complex estates issues with minimal supervision, while supporting with planned maintenance and improvement works. You will work closely with school leaders, site teams and the Trust’s Head of Estates, providing multi-skilled support across a range of building disciplines.
We are looking for someone who:
