If you are passionate about delivering high standards in school environments and want to make a positive impact for children, families and staff, we would welcome your application.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong hands-on trade skills (e.g. plumbing, electrical, maintenance or similar)
  • Can work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Communicates well and is confident leading others
  • Is flexible and responsive to the needs of a busy school environment
  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards across school sites

We can offer the successful candidate:

  • The opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing Trust
  • A role that makes a direct, visible impact on students and staff
  • Varied, hands-on work with autonomy and responsibility
  • A stable role primarily based at Avon Valley Academy, with Trust-wide collaboration
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing to 30 days after five years’ service
  • A Local Government Pension Scheme
  • An annual pay review
  • A Care First employee assistance programme
  • A Cycle to work scheme
