Avon Valley Academy in Salisbury seeks a caring Teaching Assistant to join our behaviour and inclusion team, supporting students aged 11–16 in enhanced provisions. The role is part-time (30 hours/week, 39 weeks/year) with a focus on behaviour support and inclusive education. You will work alongside SLT, teachers and SENCO to foster high self-worth and resilience.
