Kingdown School is looking to appoint a confident and reliable Driver to cover morning attendance car transport for its students, ensuring they get safely to school. This is a fantastic, part-time opportunity to join our dedicated team who is committed to helping all pupils believe, aspire and achieve.
Working Hours: Part-time (10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only, 38 weeks per year). Usual working hours will be 8am until 10am.
Contract: Fixed term (until 31st August 2027).
Required: ASAP.

The successful candidate will have a full, clean driving license, be organised and consistent, and have a solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements. Previous experience in a similar driving role is desirable.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full, clean driving licence;
- Has strong interpersonal and communications skills and can liaise effectively with school staff and pupils;
- Has a can-do attitude with excellent practical and organisational skills;
- Can prioritise and schedule effectively and efficiently;
- Is self-motivated, dedicated and consistent;
- Is a strong team player who can use their own initiative;
- Is aware of health and safety requirements;
- Has previous experience in a similar role / as a minibus driver (desirable).
