If you are offered a Room Leader (Senior EYP) role, you will received a £1000 recruitment bonus after successfully completing your 3 month probation period.

We are looking for inspirational Level 3 qualified Senior Early Years Practitioners to join our Jubilee Wood Nursery in Fishermead.

This is a part time role working 24 Hours per week. 3 days, Monday, Weds & Friday. 8 hours per day.

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care and learning experiences. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and enabling environment that encourages children to explore, discover and develop a love for learning. Working closely with parents and carers, you will help build strong relationships to support each child\’s individual needs.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 6 or gradual-level qualification would be desireable). You will have experience of working in an Early Years setting, a good knowledge of the EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures and a genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play. Previous experience of leading a room or mentoring a team is desirable, as this role includes supporting and motivating colleagues and occasionally deputising for the management team.
