If you are offered a Room Leader (Senior EYP) role, you will receive a £500 recruitment bonus after successfully completing your 3 month probation period. We are looking for inspirational Room Leaders to join our Acorn Nurseries. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern between 7:15am - 6:15pm.

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care and learning experiences. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and enabling environment that encourages children to explore, discover and develop a love for learning. Working closely with parents and carers, you will help build strong relationships to support each child's individual needs.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 6 or graduate-level qualification would be desirable). You will have experience of working in an Early Years setting, a good knowledge of the EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures, and a genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play. Previous experience of leading a room or mentoring a team is desirable, as this role includes supporting and motivating colleagues and occasionally deputising for the management team.
