About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and teach individual pupils or small groups in accordance with the school’s curriculum framework and related policies.
- Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress.
- Contribute to and help implement school developments linked to the School Development Plan.
- Promote the physical, educational, and moral development of pupils in line with Company policies.
- Support the creation and implementation of tailored learning programmes that ensure appropriate and sustained progression.
- Take responsibility for coordinating the teaching, development, assessment, and reporting of subjects and learning areas across key stages as agreed with the Headteacher.
