Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8am - 4pm

Salary: £39,000 per annum (not pro rata)

Contract: Fixed term till September 2027 | Term Time Only

What you will be doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for individuals and small groups
  • Track and report on student progress

  • Support LSAs and other staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality learning
  • Work effectively with challenging behaviour
  • Communicate clearly with families and colleagues
  • Safeguard and promote student wellbeing at all times

Red Kite is a brand-new independent special educational needs school which will cater for up to 60 pupils with social and emotional health needs. The school is based in the beautiful market town Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire.
