Location: London Area Preferred - Remote with regular travel to school sites

Salary: Up to ÂŁ45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver high‑impact marketing activity across a portfolio of Blenheim Schools. This is a hands‑on role supporting school leaders, admissions teams and central marketing colleagues to ensure each school is visible, understood and well‑positioned to attract prospective families. Blenheim Schools is Outcomes First Group’s all‑ability schools division, providing inclusive, personalised and high‑quality education for pupils of all abilities. As our newest and rapidly growing division, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead marketing approaches that directly support school growth and community engagement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead marketing activity across a group of Blenheim Schools and deliver clear, effective local marketing plans.
  • Support admissions by driving awareness, enquiries and engagement in line with school capacity and priorities.
  • Plan and deliver campaigns, events and content that showcase each school’s ethos and achievements.
  • Ensure all activity meets Blenheim and OFG brand standards and supports a consistent, high‑quality presence.
  • Build strong relationships with school leaders and admissions teams, acting as the key marketing contact.
  • Monitor performance, share insights and contribute to ongoing improvements in marketing practice.
