Salary: Up to ÂŁ24,675.00 per annum (not pro rata)

Hours & Contract: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday. Permanent; Term Time Only. Start: November 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils’ learning and personal development, promoting confidence, resilience, and positive relationships.
  • Deliver tailored learning experiences under the guidance of teachers.
  • Assist with classroom organisation, lesson preparation, and small group interventions.
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Track pupil progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with staff and parents.
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and promote pupil welfare.
  • Take on additional responsibilities to help the school thrive.

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE Grade C (or above) in Maths and English.
  • Willingness to undertake training and professional development.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and SEN principles.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to making a real difference in pupils’ lives.

*You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
