We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across two sites, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role is suited to a strong leader with proven warehouse and logistics management experience in fast-paced environments.
Key Duties:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring high service levels, productivity, and stock accuracy.
- Drive operational improvements, process standardisation, and system optimisation.
- Monitor KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee inventory control, fulfilment, dispatch, and logistics performance.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure safe working practices and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management, fulfilment, and production workflows.
