This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist, Front of House Receptionist, Office Administrator, or Reception Administrator looking for a short-term assignment within a professional office environment. The assignment starts on 6th August and will last for 7 working days. Key Duties Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house service. Operate the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate departments. Provide general administrative support. Manage incoming and outgoing post. Assist with basic facilities administration tasks.
