Match candidates to permanent opportunities based on skills, experience and cultural fit. Prepare candidates for interviews, providing coaching and feedback. Maintain accurate candidate and client records using CRM and ATS systems. Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, data protection and company processes. RequirementsPrevious experience in recruitment or sales .Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Full UK driving licence.
