Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Finance team of a well-established business in Stafford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, Finance Assistant, Accounts Administrator, or Finance Administrator looking to develop their career within a supportive finance team. Key Duties

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Match invoices against purchase orders and goods received documentation.
  • Apply accounting codes and upload documentation to the accounting system.

  • Maintain organised electronic financial records.
  • Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and account queries.
