Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer supplying precision components to Formula 1 teams and the aerospace industry, for Production / Machine Operatives based on the outskirts of Bridgwater. You will support the production, assembly, and finishing of high-specification aerospace products in a clean and modern facility.
Key Duties:
- Operate production machinery and supporting equipment once trained.
- Complete trimming, shot blasting, use hand tools, and prepare bonding materials.
- Support different departments depending on production needs.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn, with full training provided.
