Carry out CNC and Centre Lathe Turning operations to aerospace specifications. Manufacture precision-engineered components from raw materials through to finished products. Operate in accordance with OCQ (Operator Control of Quality) procedures. Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks. Complete all production documentation accurately and in line with company procedures. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and quality. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to achieve manufacturing targets. Previous experience as a CNC Turner within precision engineering, aerospace, or a similar manufacturing environment. Experience operating Centre Lathes and CNC Turning machinery. Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components. Shift Patterns Night Shift Sunday: 10pm-7am. Monday to Thursday: 12am-7am. Days / Late Swing Shift Monday to Thursday: 7am-3:30pm. Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm-12am. Weekend Shift ~ Saturday and Sunday. ~7am-7pm (12-hour shifts).
