We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer / Extrusion Line Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a structured warehouse environment, focusing on materials handling and mechanical operations.
Key Duties:
- Accurately pack orders to meet customer requirements.
- Operate extrusion line machinery (full training provided).
- Safely handle raw materials and finished goods, including loading and unloading.
- Perform heavy lifting in line with safe manual handling practices.
- Maintain high quality standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred (materials handling, picking & packing, shipping & receiving).
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating extrusion machinery advantageous (training provided).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and perform heavy lifting safely.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
