This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You\’ll play a vital role in supporting the engineering and service departments by managing day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer service queries.
- Schedule jobs and monitor progress of engineers\’ assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of service work and installations.
- Order consumables such as toner and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Manage parts inventory, including regular stock takes and reordering.
- Arrange timely dispatch of goods to clients and field engineers.
- Coordinate installation appointments with internal teams and customers.
