We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced project manager to oversee a large groundworks package on a large multi-million pound commercial new build.
The Role
- Managing groundworks on a new build accommodation site.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring health & safety compliance across all operations.
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Reporting regularly to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundworks or civil engineering project management.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent preferred).
