Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Recreation Craftsperson to join Forestry England within the Forest of Dean. This role supports the upkeep and maintenance of busy visitor sites, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and welcoming.
Key Duties
- Carry out litter picking, bin emptying, and general site upkeep.
- Complete minor repairs including signage, fencing, and play areas.
- Open sites and support site security.
- Assist with day-to-day operations across visitor areas.
- Maintain facilities such as toilets and car parks.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors.
- Respond to incidents and support site safety.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
