We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced project manager to oversee a large groundworks package on a large multi-million pound commercial new build.

The Role

  • Managing groundworks on a new build accommodation site.
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across all operations.
  • Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Reporting regularly to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in groundworks or civil engineering project management.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent preferred).
