Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a French-speaking Project Manager to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team based in Pencoed, working on a hybrid basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage high-quality projects from start to finish - ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and to the highest client satisfaction standards. You'll play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing logistics, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the wider Account Leadership team.
Key Duties:
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact.
- Coordinate internal resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
- Support Account Leaders with reporting, data analysis, presentations, and administration.
- Collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee related logistics.
- Provide cover for fellow Project Managers when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Fluent in French (essential) - additional languages are an advantage.
- High IT literacy and confidence learning new systems.
