Do you have experience in manufacturing? Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Production / Packing Operatives to join our client in Cwmbran. This is a temporary ongoing position. Role can be quite manual, and work can be quite physical and repetitive.
Shifts: Shifts will involve working days, and possibly a 2-shift pattern, which involves AM/PM rotating shifts. Flexibility is key for this contract, to support business needs.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.32 per hour after 12 weeks. Overtime paid after 39 hours Monday - Friday. Shift premium will be paid after 12 weeks if working a 2 shift pattern - AM/PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production / Packing of aerosol products.
- Visual inspection of products, good attention to detail.
- Working within a team and on own initiative.
- Following work instructions.
- Complying with all site and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Good timekeeping and punctuality.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Supporting production and packaging areas.
- Achieving daily targets.
