Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Thornbury, North Bristol (BS35 3UW). Key Responsibilities: Working on the production line across different stages of the manufacturing process. Following standard operating procedures and quality checks. Ensuring attention to detail and precision during production. Keeping the workspace clean and safe.Full training is provided - you just need to be a quick learner and comfortable working in a technical, process-driven role. Please note: This role does not involve heavy lifting. Candidate Requirements: Must have own transport due to location (unless based in Thornbury). Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and team-focused. Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Weekly rotating shifts: Early shift: 6am - 2pm. Late shift: 2pm - 10pm. Must be available to work one Saturday per month (paid at a premium overtime rate). Pay & Benefits: £13.40 per hour for the first 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday). Enhanced overtime pay for weekend and additional hours. Free on-site parking. Subsidised canteen. 25 days\' annual leave + bank holidays (after 12 weeks).
