Production Operatives – Night Shift

Exeter | Starting at £16.19 per hour | Monday-Friday | 10pm-6am | Temp-to-Perm

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in advanced aerospace manufacturing based in Exeter.

Contract and Hours

  • Contract: Temporary to permanent

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am

  • Pay: Starting at £16.19 per hour

  • Overtime: Available after training

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and hand tools to manufacture aerospace components

  • Assemble and inspect detailed parts with precision

  • Coating and dipping of parts as required

  • Follow manufacturing instructions and strict quality control procedures

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
