Acorn by Synergie are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for their busy manufacturing client on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Runcorn. Immediate starts available, an accessible location, ongoing temporary to permanent work, and recently increased pay rates.
This company recognises the importance of its people and is committed to the training and development of Operators; this could include progression to permanent Operator, Technical Operator and Line Manager level roles.
Job role will include:
- Weighing out of ingredients.
- Machine operating.
- Completion of paperwork.
- Following SOPS to ensure the product is made to strict company procedures.
- Quality Checking.
- Hygiene duties.
- Packing.
- Palletising.
Requirements:
- Manual handling experience.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Good communication skills.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Previous production experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Previous experience of HACCP would be a distinct advantage.
The company operates a rotational 3 shift pattern: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am. 39-hour basic working week with all breaks paid.
The rate of pay: Between £14.32 per hour and £15.11 per hour dependant upon job role. Overtime payable at enhanced rates from £20.64 - £30.22 per hour.
