Print Operator Livingston | £28,000 – £30,000 per annum | 3 shift pattern | Acorn by Synergie is searching for a Print Operator with ink or print based knowledge and experience to join their client, a manufacturing company based in Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland. Based on the client site, the purpose of the role is to support ink production and provide onsite technical support. Hours of work: 3 shift pattern Monday – Friday 6am-2pm, Monday – Thursday 1pm-10pm, SundayDuties include: Dispensing ink in line with the daily production plans. Place press returns in clearly marked locations. Cluster press returns into common running colours. Placing a weekly material order using the order form provided. Filing all delivery notes for month end consignment stock count. Booking new deliveries into the dispense management system. Replenishing material stocks on dispense management system. Ensuring ink area complies with customers hygiene accreditation. Supporting onsite colour correction and basic trouble shooting on press. Attending daily production meetings. Supporting press trials and/or customer trials. Provide customer with colour matchings within the agreed time scales. Produce monthly KPI reports. Maintain colour measurement equipment.The successful applicant must have good colour vision and an eye for detail.
