Job Title: Powder Coating/Paint Sprayer Location: Cullompton Up to £16.00 per hour plus overtime Full or part time available Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for engineering and a keen eye for detail? Do you have experience in powder coating and paint spraying? If yes, then this opportunity might just be for you! We are a well-established engineering company based in Cullompton, looking for a dedicated Powder/Paint Sprayer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare items for spraying, including sanding, cleaning, and shot blasting * Apply powder coating using various techniques, such as electrostatic and fluidized bed * Inspect items before and after spraying to ensure quality standards are met * Prepare finished items ready for delivery including wrapping and loading * Communicate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow * Properly maintain and clean all spraying equipment * Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times * Keep track of inventory and report any shortages to management * Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and quality If you would like to find out more please APPLY!!
