This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account management, customer success, or recruitment professional to manage and develop a key client account.
You'll play a vital role in building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Act as the main point of contact, delivering a responsive and high-quality service.
Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into suitable roles.
Provide ongoing support to workers on assignment, acting as their first point of contact.
Identify opportunities to improve service levels, increase engagement, and grow the account.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection requirements, and company processes.
Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and ATS systems.
Experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, recruitment, or a similar customer-focused role.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable analysing data and producing client reports.
Experience within recruitment, workforce solutions, or staffing is advantageous but not essential.
Minimum 33 days' holiday.
