This is a hands-on role involving outdoor work in all weather conditions, sorting recyclable materials and supporting general site operations. You must be comfortable working in a range of environments, including dusty or noisy areas, and be physically fit for the demands of the role. What We Offer £15.50 per hour. Night shifts from 8pm-4am. Sunday to Thursday working pattern. Temporary-to-permanent opportunity. Immediate start available. Supportive local team environment. Key Duties Correctly sorting different recyclable materials. Hand-picking or machine-sorting materials as required. Loading and unloading recycling vehicles and recording waste weights. Inspecting materials, identifying hazardous items and reporting any issues. Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment. Requirements Valid FLT Counterbalance licence - essential. Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift heavy items. Basic numeracy skills and the ability to follow instructions.
