This varied role includes cleaning and general maintenance duties. Key Duties:
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and waste disposal in communal areas, offices, washrooms, or void properties.
- Execute deep cleans, emergency spill cleanups, and periodical maintenance.
- Safely manage, maintain, and replenish cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
- Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety and COSHH.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years recent cleaning experience.
- Previous cleaning maintenance, caretaking experience (preferred).
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
