Key Duties:
  • Assemble and pack products ready for dispatch.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Move materials around the factory.
  • Load sheets of metal onto a paint line up to 20kg.
  • Follow production schedules and meet targets.
  • Work in line with health and safety procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Manual or manufacturing work experience.
  • Good practical skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and processes accurately.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of English.
  • Commitment to health and safety.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
  • First Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm. £12.90 per hour.
  • Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm. £16.13 per hour.
  • Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm - 7am. £17.20 per hour.
