Key Duties

  • Support passengers during transport to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
  • Assist children and young people with additional needs.
  • Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of passengers at all times.
  • Provide a friendly, reassuring presence throughout the journey.

Requirements

  • Experience working with or being around children is essential.
  • Experience with special educational needs or disabilities is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach.
  • Positive, reliable attitude and willingness to cover shifts at short notice.
  • Enhanced DBS check (including Children's & Adults Barred Lists).
