Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Paintline Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term ongoing work with the potential to become permanent.
Key Duties
Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.
Check quality and handle parts carefully.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
Good attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Capable of performing repetitive, manual tasks.
Able to follow clear instructions.
Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided.
Role subject to basic DBS (criminal record) check and random drug & alcohol testing.
