Office Assistant to join a busy office based in Plymouth.

Office Administrator looking for a flexible part-time role within a friendly and supportive office environment.
Working 8 hours per week across Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office through a variety of administrative, customer service, and organisational duties.

- Key Duties
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.
- Answer telephone calls, direct enquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Manage incoming emails, post, and general correspondence.
- Chase clients for outstanding invoices and payments.
- Maintain excellent customer service with internal and external contacts.
- Carry out accurate data entry and maintain digital and paper filing systems.
- Update databases and administrative records.
- Order office stationery, refreshments, and general supplies.
- Monitor office stock levels and maintain tidy communal areas.
- Book meeting rooms, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider office team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Office Administrator, or similar role is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and office systems.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
