Senior Ifrastructure Technician 20.44 per hour Monday - Friday 37.5 hours Temporary Contract Norwich We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Technician to provide third-line technical support The role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical digital infrastructure, including EOC systems, Windows server infrastructure, LAN/WAN networks, telephony and business applications. You will act as a senior technical resource within the Digital Team, supporting complex technical issues, maintaining system availability and contributing to infrastructure, security, asset management and digital projects. Key Responsibilities Provide third-line technical support across networks, hardware, software, telecommunications and critical EOC systems. Manage the daily maintenance, monitoring and availability of Trust-wide digital infrastructure. Act as a senior technical resource, supporting and advising first- and second-line technicians. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to third-party suppliers where required. Plan and deliver system upgrades, repairs, maintenance and technical improvements.
