Key Duties:

  • Processing payrolls accurately and on time.
  • HMRC RTI submissions.
  • Pension processing and auto-enrolment administration.
  • CIS submissions.
  • Liaising with HMRC and responding to client queries.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and reporting.
  • Supporting year-end payroll processes.
  • Auditing payroll data for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • CIPP qualified or a minimum of 2 years payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, ideally Sage 50.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, RTI and pensions.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Previous payroll bureau experience would be advantageous.
