As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our recruitment services to our target audience. You will have a vital role in building our brand and driving customer engagement through various channels such as social media, campaigns, and our website.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Generating innovative ideas and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain top talent for our clients.
  • Managing and maintaining our social media presence, creating compelling content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Utilising various digital platforms to promote job listings and increase traffic to our website.
  • Implementing SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive traffic.
  • Supporting our recruitment team with branding and marketing materials to aid in their efforts.
  • Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to drive our marketing strategy.
  • Managing and updating our job boards with relevant and engaging content to attract potential candidates.

Please note, while this exciting role will be full of creative projects, it also has a strong administrative focus which can include managing mailboxes, processing invoices, co-ordinating requests, conducting salary research, and data entry such as job board performance reports.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, perhaps as a Marketing Assistant or Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in social media management and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Hootsuite, Notion, Google Analytics, Figma, etc.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field is preferable.
  • A full UK driving licence.
