Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Telescopic Forklift Driver for a construction project in Merthyr. This 3 month role will involve supporting site operations by supplying materials to various trades throughout the day.
Key Duties
- Operate a telescopic forklift safely and efficiently on site.
- Supply materials to trades across the housing development.
- Assist with general site logistics and movement of materials.
- Support Site Managers with additional tasks as required.
- Maintain site safety standards and follow all procedures.
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telescopic Forklift licence (essential).
- Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.
- Full PPE.
- Ability to provide two construction-based references.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working on housing construction projects.
- Ability to work proactively and support multiple trades.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
