This is a role for someone who wants ownership, visibility and the chance to make a real impact across the north of England.

We are open to candidates from surrounding areas, including North Wales, the North Midlands, and the North West.

Key Duties Proactively win new business.

Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across multiple sectors.

Identify business opportunities and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order.

Build strong, long-term client relationships.

Achieve personal and team sales targets.

You'll be a visible representative for Acorn by Synergie in the local business community, meeting clients face-to-face, networking with purpose and working collaboratively with your recruitment colleagues to turn opportunities into great outcomes.

Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development.

A confident, people-first approach with strong communication skills.

Previous experience in recruitment or strong B2B sales experience selling a service.

A self-motivated attitude and drive to exceed targets.

The ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

A desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.

A full UK driving licence (essential).

Recruitment experience welcomed, but we also want to hear from high-performing B2B sales professionals, account managers, and client development specialists looking to move into the recruitment sector.
