Night Machine Operator Bridgwater | £13.60 per hour | 10pm-6.15am | Sunday-Thursday | Temporary to Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Machine Operators for a manufacturing client based in Bridgwater. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with full training provided. Key Duties Work as part of a small team operating, programming, and setting machines. Keep machines topped up with materials. Fault find and resolve production issues. Carry out quality control checks. Pack finished products accurately. Requirements Ability to work as part of a small team. Good attention to detail. Willingness to learn machine programming and setting. Ability to fault find and resolve issues. What We Offer £13.60 per hour during training. Rotating training shifts Monday-Friday, 6am-2.15pm and 2pm-10.15pm. 45 minutes unpaid breaks per shift. Night shift hours once trained: Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6.15am. 37.5 hours per week once trained.
