Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training, progression opportunities, and competitive pay.
Key Details
Temporary to permanent position. Rotating shifts (Monday – Friday).
- 6am – 2:15pm
- 2pm – 10:15pm
- Pay: £12.60 per hour
Responsibilities
- Operating, programming, and setting up production machinery.
- Monitoring and topping up material levels.
- Conducting fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
- Performing regular quality control checks.
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
- Working effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
Requirements
- Previous production or factory experience desirable.
- Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.
