Introduction
We are looking for a Handy Person / Multi Trade to work on a new build housing project near Llanelli. You will be needed for final snags on plots, mastic, painting, patching, etc. Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30 pm
Key duties
- General labour duties
- Carry out final snags on plots
- Painting, patching, mastic, etc
- Follow all on-site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Experience on commercial projects
- Full PPE
- Tools
- Two construction-based work references
