This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist, HR Advisor or HR Generalist to further develop their expertise within a globally recognised organisation operating across the life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology sectors.
As part of the Employee Relations team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to People Leaders, manage a varied ER caseload and support consistent, compliant and effective employee relations practices.
Key Duties Manage a broad range of employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance and capability issues, absence management, flexible working requests and probation reviews.
Conduct investigations and support managers through formal hearings and meetings.
Draft outcome letters, performance improvement plans and other case documentation.
Provide practical, commercially focused advice to managers on employee relations matters.
Escalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate.
